I don’t really have much to say about Duke Nukem, not ever being a real fan of the franchise. My early PC FPS days were spent playing Doom or Descent and Duke just looked kinda stupid. Like MAD magazine stupid, going for the obvious joke.
But yeah, a lot of games use a generic blonde macho tough guy to assert authority. I wonder if he was the same guy who told us that WINNER’S DON’T USE DRUGS?
